Changing or Removing Advisor or CSR for Contact Records
To change the Advisor1 or Advisor2 in a contact record:
- Navigate to the Contact Record > Profile Tab > Main Tab and click Edit Profile
- The Edit Profile window will open. Click the drop-down next to the Advisor 1, Advisor 2, or CSR and select the correct User.
Click Close in the upper right to save the changes.
- To remove the User instead of changing, click the drop-down and press Esc twice.
In order for a Name to appear in the Advisors drop-down list, the person must have the Show On Advisor Drop Down
selected in Employee Details
. All Users marked Active
will show up in the CSR
