Many screens in Junxure are customizable and can be modified in Size, Presentation and Data displayed. This topic covers options that can help you customize your Junxure experience.
Filter
Any time the funnel symbol appears (usually accompanied by a column header title) you can filter the data in that column to see all instances of one entry. You can also filter for Blank entries, Non-blanks or use a customer filter.
Field Chooser
This icon (circled in green below) manages which available columns will be displayed in a grid. Check the boxes within the Field Chooser to select columns for your grid. Then close the Field Chooser (circled in red below) to automatically update your grid with your selections. This will only affect the current grid. You can also click and drag a field to a location of your choosing.
Grid Templates
When you have chosen the fields and order that they should appear, right click your mouse just above the grid to display the Templates option.
Choose New Template to create a template to describe this grid layout.
Choose Save Template to create a new template that describes this grid layout. Once saved, this new template will appear at the top of the Grid Editing window when you right click above the grid.
To apply grid templates to all users, right click above the grid in a blank space and choose Manage Templates.
Select the template from the screen and click Copy to All Users.
Resize Arrows
Resize grid rows and columns using the Resize Arrows. Put your cursor on the borderline between two cells, rows or columns. Your cursor will change to resize arrows as shown below. Hold down the left button of your mouse and drag the line to suit your needs.
Drag and Drop Filter
Many grids in Junxure allow you to sort changes within a column header. Click on a column header and while holding down the left mouse button, dragging a column header to the gray field above the grid.
The results of the example above are shown below. Click the + sign beside each client name to see an expanded list of actions by category. To collapse the view, click on the minus (-) sign. To close the Drag and Drop Filter, click on the column header and drag it back down to the grid.
Reorder Columns
To change the order of the columns, click on the column header (in the example below, the Action Required header) and while holding down the left mouse button, dragging the column header to the appropriate position, indicated by the red arrows that will appear when you begin dragging the header. You will see a duplicate header as you drag and drop.
