Located on the Personal Info Tab, the Favorite sub-tab tracks information specific to your customers' personal Favorites.
In order to edit the information on this sub-tab, you must click the Edit Personal Information link at the top of the Personal Info tab.
- Question: The column displays the list of questions you create in List Data Maintenance or type in manually.
- Answer: You can manually enter the client’s answers to each question in this column.
- Add Default Questions: This button will add standard questions created in List Data Maintenance. Each time you click this button, the questions will be added again. Remove any duplicates by clicking the “Delete” button.
- Print: Prints the Client Favorites Report.
Here is an example of what the Client Favorites Report could look like:
