Reports List: Last Contact Report
The Last Contact Report allows you to report (by rule or globally) the last contact date for any or all types of contact. This report can be run for any time period. Please see Rule Builders for more details on how to create and edit rules.
Choose Last Contact Report from the Reports > Reports List > Practice Management Reports menu. This will launch the Last Contact window.

Select one of two tabs: Last Contact By Action Type or Last Contact Only.

If you choose Last Contact by Action Type:
- Select a Rule Category and a Rule for your report or click New to create a new rule.
- You may also select the Action Types in the center section.
- In the Days Since Last Contact, you may select a time period.
Click the By Action Type printer icon to print your report or click the Grid icon to populate the window in the bottom of the grid with your results.

If you choose Last Contact Only:
- Select a Rule Category and a Rule for your report or click New to create a new rule.
- In the Days Since Last Contact, you may select a time period.
Click the By Last Contact printer icon to print your report or click the Grid icon to populate the window in the bottom of the grid with your results.

Click Close to close the report.
