Data Cleanup/Correction: Update Blank Names
All of the contacts in the Junxure database are listed by last name, and then first name. If your database lists some contacts by company without a last name, it can slow the search for locating the contact record. The Update Blank Names tool copies the company name into the last name field for contacts without a last name so for quicker retrieval. This tool is most useful after importing contact information from portfolio management systems such as Centerpiece, Axys or db CAMS+.
In Junxure, go to Database Tools > Data Cleanup/Correction > Update Blank Names. This will launch the Update Blank Names window.
Click Update Names in the top-right menu. A confirmation menu will appear. Click OK.
Click Close to close the tool.
