Data Cleanup/Correction: View Archived and Deleted Contacts

When a contact is deleted, Junxure moves that record into a backup .mdb file before it is permanently deleted. If the entry Path to your Documents on the options form is valid, Junxure should create an access database for each deleted client in that folder, containing all of the data for that deleted client.

Go to Database Tools > Data Cleanup/Correction > Contacts > View Archived Deleted Contacts. Double-click View Archived Deleted Clients from the menu.

Choose the contact to restore, and click on the Restore Client button indicated below.

The contact has been restored. Click Close.
