Data Cleanup/Correction: View Duplicate Contacts

The View Duplicate Contacts feature enables you to view a list of clients with the same first and last name. This will allow you to determine if they are duplicate clients and to remove the duplicates.

Go to Database Tools > Data Cleanup/Correction > Contacts > View Duplicate Contacts. Double-click View Duplicate Contacts.


This screen will display the basic information of the clients that have the same first and last names. If any of the list are duplicates, you can combine their records the Merge Contacts tool.


Click Close to close the tool.
