Integrating the data between Junxure and your Portfolio Management System (PMS) not only allows you to streamline your processes but also enables you to provide your clients with top tier customer service by making their information easily accessible.

Gather your PortfolioCenter credentials

Open PortfolioCenter. At the login screen, make note of the following:

• Username
  
• Password
  
• Application Server
  

Additionally, after logging in, go to Help > About. In the About window, also note your Dataset.

Configure PortfolioCenter Import Wizard

In Junxure, launch the PortfolioCenter Import Wizard from Database Tools > Interfaces.

On your initial launch, the Import Settings screen will be displayed. Complete the fields in the Import Settings screen using the data you noted above from PortfolioCenter.

If no datasets appear in the left menu of the Import Settings screen (in the example above, PC Sample Dataset is used), click Add New and enter the data you noted from PortfolioCenter.

Please Note:

• Specify All in Account Criteria to import all or a Portfolio Set from PortfolioCenter.
  
• Management fees from the last 6 months are imported by default. Uncheck the
  
  checkbox under Fee Date Criteria to specify a specific date range.
  
• If you would like closed accounts in PortfolioCenter to be marked as closed in Junxure, select Marked Closed Accounts as Closed in Junxure, otherwise they will be imported but not marked as closed.
  
• If you would like assets in closed accounts to be imported into Junxure, select Bring in Assets for Closed Accounts, otherwise these assets will not be imported.
  

Select the source that you would like to use for the Account Description in Junxure (the options are Display Name or Company Name from PortfolioCenter).

Click Save, then Close.

The PortfolioCenter Import Wizard is now configured for daily use.
