Reports: Associates Report
The Associates Report lists all associates of clients. Associates are those connected to the contact such as friends, business partners, or family members that currently have a Junxure record.
Associates must have ClientView Live checked in Junxure. To verify, go to a contact record in Junxure, click the Associates Tab, and view the ClientView column. Use the checkbox to enable access to ClientView Live.
To access the Associates Report, from the ClientView Live desktop, go to Reports > Associates Report.
Your Associates Report will display in a new window. You can export this data to a PDF, RTF file, or an Excel spreadsheet. You can also use the Print icon to print the report.
The Has Access column indicates which associates have access to ClientView Live.
Click Close to close the report.
