Add the Junxure Action ID Column in Outlook
You have the ability to add a column in your Outlook inbox that will show the Action ID of captured emails so you can know at a glance if a particular email has been captured into an Action inside Junxure and what the corresponding Action ID is.
To add the Junxure ID Column, follow these steps:
Go to a blank space under your Junxure Email Toolbar and right click in that space. Click on View Settings at the very bottom of the drop-down menu.

Click Columns.

Under the Select Available Columns From drop-down menu, choose User-defined fields in Inbox. Under the Available columns, choose the “JX#####ID” column (the number will be unique to you). Click Add.

Use the Move Up or Move Down buttons to move the new column to where you want it to show. Click OK to commit your changes.

Click OK from the Advanced View Settings to be taken back to the Outlook inbox window. You can see the column for the JXID displayed. You can now easily scan your inbox to see what has been captured and what has not.
