            Email Templates: Edit Existing or Create from Existing Email

            Edit Existing Email Templates

            To edit an Email Template, select a Category from the left column to view corresponding Email Templates on the right. Select the Template you would like to edit and modify your Template as necessary. To see how to create Email Templates, please view the link for Creating Email Templates.

            • Select a Category from the left column to view corresponding Email Templates on the right.
            • Select the Template you would like to edit and type in a new name for your Template (if necessary).
            • Click the folder icon to the right of the Template Name field to open the Template and edit.


            Click the Save icon in the Junxure Email Editor Tools box once you have completed your changes.


            Close the template by selecting the "X" in the top right of the email window.


            Creating Email Templates from an Email

            You can create an Email Template when creating individual emails from Junxure. Note: You must create the email from within Junxure to save the Email Template.

            Once you have created the email (added a Subject, Text, Merge Fields, etc.), click the Save As button in the Junxure toolbar as shown below to save your Email Template to your stored list.


            The Save As dialog box appears, displaying your current categories and corresponding Templates. Select a Category from the drop down menu or create a new category by clicking New Category. Then, type the name of the new Template in the Name field at the bottom of the window and click Save.
