            Business Development: Features & Dashboard

            The Business Development features in Junxure provides a business overview of your firm. To access Business Development, go to the Reports > Business Development.


            In this topic we will cover:

            • Business Development Features:
              • Dashboard: Displays information about your firm in the Business Development Dashboard.
              • Data List: Displays data that is automatically captured monthly.
              • Large Graphs: Displays a larger view of each of the graphs shown in the Business Development Dashboard.

            Attention!
            Before you can properly display information about your firm in the Business Development Dashboard, you must ensure your data is captured in the Business Development Data List.

            Once your information has been captured in the Business Development Data List, you may view information such as revenue, net income and AUM in a bar or line chart by right clicking on the appropriate graph and choosing the type of chart you desire. You may also print using the right-click menu.


            To change the chart, right-click on the chart and you will see the following window:


            Click on the graph and then hold down the {ALT} key. You can now roll the mouse wheel to zoom in or out. You can click and drag the graph to change the 3-D rotation.

            Filtering Data:

            • Graph Interval: (boxed in red) Monthly, Quarterly or Annual view of the graph. Choose the desired interval then click Load Graph.
            • Annual: Reports on total of all captures for the year.
            • Quarterly: Reports on total of all captures by quarter (example: Jan - Mar).
            • Monthly: Reports on all monthly captures.
            • Graph Period: (boxed in green) Start\End data of the data you want to display in the graph.
            • Available Data: (boxed in blue) The date range that captures the Minimum and Maximum Dates Allowed. This range reflects the data available in your Junxure database and is used to plot the Graph Period’s start and end dates.
            • Edit Data: Will take you back to the Business Development Data List, to get back the Business Development Dashboard, click close on the Business Development Data List.
            • Graph Titles: Includes Revenue and Net Income and reflects the data available for the columns listed in the Business Development Data List.


            Attention!
            If you see the following error, "Pie3D Chart Error: You must include at least one row and one numeric column", you will need to verify data exists for the selected interval.
