Junxure Mobile uses the Junxure User password to allow access to the site.
Navigate to System Setup > Users. Double-click the User for whom you would like to reset the password. The Employee Details screen will open.
To ensure the password updates properly for both systems, uncheck the Is Mobile User box to deactivate access temporarily. A box will appear to inform you that a request was submitted followed by a pop up stating disable was successful. Click OK.
Click the Change Password button.
If the user remembers the Old Password, enter it in the first field. If they do not, you will need to enter the Junxure Administrator password in the Admin Override field. Either the user's old password or the Admin Override password is required to update.
Enter then Confirm the New Password. Password requirements are listed in this window. Then click the Change Password button. You will get a confirmation that password was successfully changed. Click OK.
Re-enable Mobile Access by checking the Is Mobile User box.
Save all changes then Close the window.
