            Junxure Outlook Inbox Routing

This feature allows you to route and block emails by email address, domain, and subject content. The Junxure Outlook Inbox Routing feature enables you to:

            • Block emails from a specific email address or domain*
            • Block emails that you are copied on
            • Route emails to a specific Junxure client based on email address or domain
            • Route emails to a specific Junxure client based on the email subject line

*Email addresses consist of 2 parts: the user name and the domain. The user name comes before the “@” symbol and the domain comes after it.

            Configure Junxure Inbox Routing

Note: The Junxure Inbox Routing tool is user-specific – the email you set up to route or block is specific only to the user. There is no limit to the number of emails you can route.

            1. Click on the Help drop-down menu within Microsoft Outlook and select Inbox Routing.

            2. The Junxure Inbox Routing form opens. You will see a list of your current routing rules and what date you implemented them (if applicable).

            Blocking Emails:

To add a routing rule that will block emails: Select Block Emails and click on By Email Address, By Domain or That you are copied on.

Block Emails > By Email Address

This will block the specified email address, overriding normal Junxure email handling.

            Example:

With Junxure email handling on, Junxure looks for a matching email address from a client that has a classification of email or client. The block by email address overrides this criterion allowing you to have either of those classifications on a client but block the email. Here's how to set it up:

            • Click Add New Junxure Routing Rule > Block Emails > By Email Address.
            • Enter the email address you would like to block.
            • Click Save & Close.
            • Now all emails specified will be blocked. Note: you can override this by clicking on the Junxure icon, using the search button or manage emails.

            Block Emails > By Domain

This will block a specified domain, overriding normal Junxure email handling. Here's how to set it up:

            • Click Add New Junxure Routing Rule > Block Emails > By Domain.
            • Enter the domain that you would like to block. In this example we will use @yahoo.com.
            • Click Save & Close.
            • Now all emails from @yahoo.com will be blocked. Note: you can override this by clicking on the Junxure icon, using the search button or manage emails.

Block Emails > That You Are Copied On

This will block all emails that you are copied on, overriding normal Junxure email handling. Here's how to set it up:

            • Click Add New Junxure Routing Rule > Block Emails > That You Are Copied On.
            • Verify that your email is correctly seen in the text box "Your Email Address".
            • Click Save & Close.
            • Now all emails that you are copied on will be blocked. Note: you can override this by clicking on the Junxure icon, using the search button or manage emails.
